Standard Rental Agreement 2026
1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements
To ensure safety and compliance with international transport regulations, all drivers must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 21 years (25 for luxury categories).
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of issuance.
- Original Passport and International Driving Permit (if applicable).
2. Booking & Financial Protection
Reservations are legally binding upon confirmation. We utilize secure payment protocols to protect your transaction. A security deposit is mandatory at the vehicle pick-up point, strictly used as a guarantee for the integrity of the asset. This deposit is fully refundable following a standard technical inspection upon return.
3. Insurance Liability Framework
Our 2026 Fleet includes comprehensive primary insurance. However, the "Renter" remains liable for damages arising from:
- • Breach of local traffic laws or speed regulations.
- • Operation of the vehicle by unauthorized third parties.
- • Driving under the influence of restricted substances.
- • Use of the vehicle on non-authorized or off-road terrains.
4. Professional Fuel Protocol
Consistent with international Car Rental standards, we operate a "Pre-paid Tank" or "Full-to-Full" policy depending on the specific provider. For Professional Chauffeur Services, fuel logistics are fully managed by our staff, removing all responsibility from the client.
