To provide a secure Professional Chauffeur or Self-Drive service, we collect specific data under "Know Your Customer" (KYC) principles:

- Contact Data: Verified email and phone numbers for real-time logistics.
- Technical Data: Cookie tokens and IP addresses to prevent fraudulent bookings.
3. Data Encryption & Storage
Your data is not stored on local unencrypted drives. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and enterprise-grade servers. Financial transactions are handled via secure third-party gateways; we never store full credit card details on our local servers.
4. Your Rights (Data Portability)
Regardless of your location, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal data from our systems. Our Nexus Administrative Portal ensures that data removal requests are processed within 72 hours.
